In order to prospect in Western Australia, you require a Miner's Right for each person in your party. This gives you authorisation to prospect on: Unoccupied crown land that is not covered by a granted mining tenement.

 At Nallan Station we keep a Document Book that we would like for you to complete so that staff can see clearly that you have notified us of your intent to prospect/detect.
